Press releases and daily program
Press releases
The United Nations News Centre publishes press releases every day. These serve informational purposes only and are not considered official documents. They constitute, however, a valuable tool for research on current topics since they are produced well in advance of official documents, providing a condensed version of the latest developments.

Daily program
The daily program is announced through the Journal of the United Nations by the Journal Unit of the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management.
The Journal of the United Nations is an online record of the activities at the United Nations Headquarters on any given day – what meetings are being held, when and where, what topics are being discussed and what documents are the basis of those discussions. It gives a complete list of official documents issued that day.
Current information can be found in press releases.
